Made in the end of the 80th’s, the “MENESELLO sas” works in the field of the production of accessories to the clothing, shoe and leather industry. Making use of qualified staff, it has developped in the years an organizzation abled to satisfy the needs increasingly hard of the market.
The last-one but not the least important step is the quality control. Any piece is individually checked before to be confectioned.
Done the presswork, the pieces pass by the vibrator room for being polished, then they are galvanized.
For high productions it’s better to use steel casts, created wholly by us, which allow to dull considerably the price of any singol piece just with a minumun investment.
The prototype approved by custumer is cut and within few hours it is possible to obtain first pieces. The silicon presswork is suggested for low quantity (500-10.000 pieces) The reached quality is excellent level thanks also to the developed experience which left us to solutions that we’re appreciating like secrets.
Because the end product turns out well-definited in any particular, the most is owed to electrowash parameters.
The production of the forms is in the care of the best experts and advanced technology.
An essential step is the engraving: it is done by highly qualified staff.
